Each of our self-catering, self-sufficient Suites contains: a LIVING ROOM furnished with a large sofa (which opens into a queen-size bed), two lounge chairs, a writing desk and chair, and ample lighting. There also are: a TV. with cable service, a D.V.D. player and a VCR, and a CD player. The DINING AREA has a table and four chairs.

The fully-equipped KITCHEN has such amenities as a full range (cooker), dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and coffee grinder, toaster, blender, and even a clothes washer & dryer. We provide cookware, dishes, glassware, silverware & cutlery, serving pieces and baking pans, spices, oil/vinegar and other basic necessities.

These beautifully appointed apartments, either with a view to San Francisco's downtown and the Bay area, or opening onto our semi-tropical garden, provide guests with a sophisticated, comfortable setting, with a mixture of the best of contemporary furniture, Joel’s original paintings, crafts, plants and accessories from around the world.

In the BEDROOM are two firm allergy-free extra-firm foam single-size beds (which can be made separately or with a king-size common top sheet/blanket combination) multiple changes of bed linen, blankets and towels, plus a dresser and ample closet space. There is a private, FULL BATHROOM. Each Suite can accommodate up to four people.

There is a private telephone line, and a Wi-Fi (wireless) connection is available for your computer. Our own fax machine is also available for your use. We request that there will be no smoking inside the Suite, but guests may smoke outside on the patio, balcony or in the garden.
