RESERVATIONS AND PRICES

We are no longer offering short-term stays. Our minimum reservation is for a month at a time. Each apartment rents for $3,000. a month, which includes basic utilities and a weekly cleaning. Each of our suites can accommodate two people at a time, and we cannot accommodate children under 10, nor any pets.

Monthly stays, for the first month, must be paid in full at the time of reservation, and then one month in advance for longer stays. Payment can be made via MasterCard or Visa. Should you cancel up to one month in advance of your arrival date; a full refund will be issued. However, in the event of cancellation within the 30 days, the deposit is kept, unless the suite is re-rented.
